Brian "Bobby" Boyd

Physical Therapist

Bobby is a native of Tennessee where he trained in physical therapy graduating in 1998.  He moved to Slidell, LA in 2000 where he practiced physical therapy for 10 years working in an orthopedic out-patient setting.  He relocated to Gulfport in 2010 and began working in a home health setting.  It was his experience in this environment that led to his desire to treat patients who suffered from dizziness and vertigo.  He participated in his first vestibular course in 2011 and began treating patients with vestibular deficits.  Due to his interest in vestibular disorders, he completed two certifications in 2017 including vestibular assessment, management and rehab and concussion assessment and management through AIB.  In 2018, he completed an advanced vestibular certification through AIB.  With the assistance of his wife, Allison, they opened Centric Physical Therapy in 2017 to assist people who suffer from dizziness, vertigo and balance problems. 

Along with being certified to treat your vestibular problems, Bobby is also certified in dry needling through the Dry Needling Institute American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.  He is also an active member of the APTA. 

Bobby has been happily married to his wife Allison for 25 years and together they have five children.  They live in Gulfport.
